Yay! So you want to be our affy (or at least exchange links), huh? ^___^ We have a couple of condition first though. Don't worry. They're easy. <3
For affiliates:
- Your site must be existing for at least two weeks and has gained substantial hits.
- You must update regularly. Don't wait until your host deletes your account for inactivity. ^^; We hate to see our affys deserted, died or neglected. x__x
- If you're on hiatus, please put a note on your site so your affys or your visitors won't be left wondering. ^__^
- Oh, you must be a manga scanlation hosting site or a manga online viewing site.XD Manga rotation sites are pretty much welcomed!
- Respect scanlator's wishes. Don't host licensed mangas unless you have permission from the scanlation group because that would jeopardize them. ^^

For link exchange:
- Your site must be a music rotation or hosting site. Scanlation groups are welcomed too! <3
- The music you offer must not be a hotlink from another music site. T__T We don't tolerate such. You could always resort to temp file hosts anyway such as YSI, savefile, etc.
